I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being cleaned, had poorly fixed broken furniture, which was a letdown for my birthday holiday. On the bright side, the reception staff were very helpful, especially when we needed to change our reservation to Tower. However, the location proved to be a downside with issues in the bathrooms. The strategic location for guests to enjoy the cold weather of Cameron Highland was a plus, but the dining options left much to be desired.
